Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team of front- and back-of-house staff. Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory oversight, and maintaining service excellence. Guest Experience: Ensure a warm, welcoming, and consistent experience for every customer. Problem Solving: Tackle operational challenges effectively, especially during peak hours. Qualifications: At least 2–3 years of management experience in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant setting. Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
