This role offers the opportunity to care for patients with complex renal needs while working in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on safety, quality, and evidence-based practice. If you’re passionate about renal care, patient advocacy, and teamwork—and prefer a day-shift schedule—this role provides both professional growth and meaningful impact. 🩺 What You’ll Do Clinical Excellence & Patient Care • Perform the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice., • Deliver safe, individualized dialysis and renal nursing care aligned with patient needs and care plans., • Collaborate with nephrologists, interdisciplinary care teams, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care., • Promote a respectful, inclusive, and patient-centered clinical environment., • Practice according to current clinical standards with a strong focus on patient safety and quality outcomes., • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities., • Complete all required competencies, mandatory education, and population-specific training., • Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nursing staff or students as appropriate., • Proactively plan care across the continuum, including acute and transitional needs., • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices., • Active RN License (Single State or Multi-State Compact), • BLS (AHA or Red Cross), • ACLS (or Provisional within 180 days), • PALS (or Provisional within 180 days), • TNCC (or Provisional within 18 months)💡 Skills & Attributes, • Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills, • Excellent communication and patient education abilities, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, acute care environment, • Strong time management and organizational skills, • Comfort with clinical technology and electronic documentation, • Calm, professional response to urgent and emergent situations✨ Why This Opportunity, • Consistent day-shift schedule (7a–7p), • Meaningful work with patients requiring specialized renal care, • Supportive interdisciplinary team environment, • Emphasis on evidence-based practice and professional growth We are dedicated to accelerating growth, creating opportunities, and fostering an environment built on belonging, trust, and mutual respect.
