Job Description Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life. Responsibilities Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician at Lighthouse will include the following: • Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)., • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs., • Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive and structured environment., • Foster a positive and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting their independence and well-being., • Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes., • Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to review progress, address concerns, and modify treatment plans as necessary., • Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, providing updates on therapy goals, progress, and strategies for generalization of skills to the home setting., • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and data collection., • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in ABA therapy.     Job Summary A private provider group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide medical coverage at a skilled nursing facility on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP looking for a flexible schedule in a collaborative healthcare environment. Responsibilities: • Round on nursing home patients 2 or 3 days per week, • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, • Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, specialists, and families, • Review laboratory and diagnostic results, • Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation, • Assist nursing home administration with clinical policies and procedures, • Participate in on-call coverage:, • One weekday night call per week (phone coverage only), • One weekend call per month (phone coverage only), • No requirement to physically go to the facility during call coverage unless necessary Qualifications: • Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license, • Valid DEA registration, • Active NPI number, • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, • Experience in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Hospital Medicine, or Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred, • Proficient in computer use and electronic medical records (EMR), • Strong communication and organizational skills, • No health benefits(Due to part time workers), • Must provide a recommendations Benefits: • Flexible work schedule, • Competitive compensation, • Two weeks paid time off annually, • Supportive physician collaboration, • Opportunity for long-term professional growth, • Will cover medical malpractice coverage How to Apply: Benefits: • Flexible schedule, • Paid time off, • Pay: $75.00 per hour Work Location: In person
