Responsibilities Prepare and process import/export documentation according to customs regulations.
Classify goods according to tariff coding systems.
Ensure compliance with federal and international regulations.

Provide training and support to junior staff members.
Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers.
Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Assist in audits and investigations related to customs compliance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
