As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our growing team. Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced General Manager to lead the operations to supporting our multi-store restaurant chain. This role is responsible for managing daily food production, ensuring consistency and quality, enforcing safety standards, reducing waste, and coordinating closely with other departments to meet business goals. This position is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibilities across production, planning, team supervision, and interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations and performance across all corporate-owned and franchise stores., • Ensure operational excellence, brand consistency, and high customer satisfaction., • Lead business development and expansion, including new store openings and franchise recruitment., • Act as project manager for new store setups—site selection, lease negotiation, renovation, pre-opening, and post-opening., • Monitor and manage store P&L, budgeting, and cost efficiency., • Support marketing initiatives and brand campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team., • Lead and develop regional/store managers and ensure compliance with company policies., • Provide strategic direction for operational improvement and growth. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field., • 5+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail management., • Proven experience in franchise operations and new store development., • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills., • Solid financial acumen and understanding of operational KPIs., • Valid Food Protection Manager Certification (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent) required; additional state or local food safety certifications preferred., • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred., • Ability to travel as needed to oversee store operations and new openings.
