Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to support core human resources functions with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and employee experience. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities • Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events that promote a positive and inclusive company culture, • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience, • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance, • Assist with performance management processes, employee surveys, and engagement feedback analysis, • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs, • Support HR projects related to culture, DEI initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications, • Partner with HR leadership and managers to support day-to-day HR operations, • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Requirements • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or similar HR role, • Demonstrated experience supporting employee engagement, culture-building, or employee experience initiatives, • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR processes, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred What we offer: • Free gym membership, • Modern office, • Annual merit-based salary increases, • 401(k) with annual company match, • Medical - RIS Rx covers 100% of the employee's base HMO medical plan, • Voluntary Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, • Flexible Savings Account (FSA), • Paid Holidays, • Time off that grows with you:, • 3 weeks PTO 0-2 years, • 4 weeks PTO after 3+ years, • 5 weeks PTO after 5+ years, • Recognition programs that celebrate impact and results, • Mentorship and coaching opportunities, • Clear growth paths and career development support, • Fully stocked snack kitchen, • Company-paid lunches
