We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Customer Care Representative / Virtual Assistant to support a growing consultancy and family business. This is a versatile role that combines high-level administrative support with dedicated customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring that all inquiries are handled with professionalism and that daily operations run smoothly. • Customer Support: Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; provide accurate information about services and resolve client issues efficiently., • Administrative Assistance: Coordinate schedules, manage email correspondence, and assist with documentation for real estate transactions and consultancy projects., • Payment & Logistics Coordination: Assist in managing vendor relationships, tracking shipping logistics for business assets, and coordinating with the accounting department for timely payments., • Digital Tools Management: Help manage and update records in our CRM, and assist with setting up or maintaining secure digital payment platforms as needed., • Follow-Up: Maintain a rigorous follow-up system to ensure all client tasks are completed and that all business communications receive a response within 24 hours.
