Key Responsibilities: • Manage general office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies and equipment maintenance., • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, directing inquiries as appropriate., • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for important documents and records., • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members., • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including setting up meeting rooms and distributing materials., • Support various departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation., • Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and welcoming for visitors and staff., • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in office procedures. Qualifications: • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role., • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively., • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
