Pay: $22–25 per hour (DOE) Location: In-office – NYC Schedule: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, administrative systems, and internal coordination. This role requires someone who can step into an established structure, understand it quickly, and take ownership. You will work directly with leadership and are expected to operate with minimal supervision once trained. This is a hands-on management role, not an entry-level position. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, • Coordinate HR processes, onboarding, and offboarding, • Submit and track payroll via Gusto, • Manage recruiting coordination and staff support, • Maintain and improve internal systems, SOPs, and training documentation, • Supervise scheduling, time tracking, and staff communication, • Manage operations and customer records through Housecall Pro, • Ensure internal organization across Google Drive & Microsoft Outlook, • Act as a primary point of contact between staff and leadership Requirements • 2+ years office management or operations experience preferred, • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, • Calm under pressure and comfortable managing competing priorities
