Whether you have a background in specialty coffee or you're newer to the industry and looking to grow, we'd love to hear from you. We have an immediate opening at our FiDi café. What we're looking for: • Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality, • Availability 20-30 hours/week, • Proficiency in espresso dialing, milk steaming, latte art, and pour-over -- with the ability to maintain quality during rushes, • Strong customer service instincts, • A collaborative team player who's friendly, outgoing, and eager to grow Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional service at the cashier and front-of-house, • Brew espresso drinks with latte art and prepare pour-overs, • Share the story behind Bean & Bean's carefully curated beans with customers, • Assemble simple food offerings including sandwiches and pastries, • Keep the café clean and equipment sanitized, • Restock and maintain inventory throughout the day Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Real advancement opportunities -- we promote from within Job Type: Part-time
