What We're Looking For · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Planning, or another related discipline from an accredited institution. · 6+ years of experience managing projects, client relationships, teams, or professional services engagements. · Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), Professional Planner, or other applicable professional license is preferred. · Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. · Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, staffing, budgets, and client expectations. · Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing professional and technical staff. · Strong client relationship and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities. · Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. · Strong business development mindset and interest in building long-term professional relationships. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other project management or professional services software. · Ability to maintain professionalism and sound judgment when managing competing priorities, deadlines, and challenging situations. Required Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field., • 3-5 years of project management experience as an Assistant PM or 1–2 years of experience as a PM, preferably in manufacturing or construction., • Proficient in project management software tools such as Autodesk, Procore and MS Office Suite, primarily Excel and Outlook and MS Project., • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills., • Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings and engineering calculations., • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively., • Familiarity with manufacturing processes for windows, doors, curtain wall, or storefront systems is a plus., • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage., • Fluency in English, both written and verbal., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
