Job Overview
Centercourt Montclair is seeking a dedicated and passionate Ninja Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields, and will be responsible for educating and training students in ninja physical activities. The Ninja Coach will play a vital role in fostering a fun positive environment that encourages personal growth, teamwork, and athletic development.
Duties:
Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual students or teams.
Conduct regular practice sessions to enhance skills, techniques, and overall performance.
Educate students on the rules of the sport and promote good sportsmanship.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and events, including lifeguarding duties if applicable.
Organize and lead competitions or events to showcase student skills.
Maintain a clean and organized gym or training area.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members regarding progress and any concerns.
Skills:
Strong background in sports coaching or physical education.
Experience working with students of various ages in a coaching or educational capacity.
Ability to climb and navigate different environments as needed for training activities.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate students.
Ability to create engaging class plans that cater to the kids
