Department/Unit: Emergency Medicine General Work Shift: Per Diem (United States of America) Salary Range: $78,773.63 - $122,099.12 The clinical research coordinator is responsible for the organization and management of multiple industry sponsored and Investigator initiated clinical trials. Produces discharge reports in advance of reaching age-out of Early Intervention to assist with the transition process, or as required at discharge. Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to parents and other treatment team members. Establishes treatment schedule and provides frequency of services as determined by IFSP plan. Communicates and documents changes to IFSP as needed. Participates in co-treatment or IFSP consultation with other treatment team members to ensure coordination of patient care. Develops appropriate home or community programming to maintain and enhance the development of the child across therapeutic environments. Documents results of the child’s assessment, treatment, follow-up and termination of services. Adapts treatment plans, as needed to meet the individual needs of the child. Provides, recommends, and fabricates adaptive devices or other equipment and trains parents and caregivers in the appropriate use or application of orthotics. Supervises students and provides mentorship, as needed. Reviews the quality and appropriateness of services delivered and of individual physical therapy programs for effectiveness and efficiency, using predetermined criteria. Participates in family and caregiver education to discuss the client’s progress and strategies for continued support. Communicates with management regarding caseload status and capacity for new referrals. Provides timely services according to frequency determined by each child’s IFSP. Responsibilities: About the Role During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers: • Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols, • Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed, • Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate, • Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary, • Flexibility – Visits are scheduled based on YOUR availability. We conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm. You can work during the day, evening, and/or weekend based on your schedule., • Competitive Pay – Earn income based on the number of assessments you complete. Increase your earning potential by offering greater availability and traveling to see members outside your home location. Those completing a monthly average of 20 – 100 visits earn $1,800 – $11,500 per month.
