Job Description About the Role JEI Learning Centers is seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) Franchise Support & Events Coordinator to support our growing network of educational franchisees across the U.S. This is an early-career professional role ideal for a motivated, bilingual candidate who would like hands-on exposure to the field of education, the franchising industry, and business relationship management. In this role you will use English daily (and occasionally Korean when communicating with JEI’s head office in Korea) to coordinate projects and events, and work closely with franchisees to help them grow enrollment and better serve students Pre-K to 9. You will gain valuable experience in franchising, marketing support, and business operations as a team member of a globally recognized leader in supplemental education. What You Will Do ● Serve as a professional representative of the JEI brand and franchise system ● Support new and existing franchisees through onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing communication ● Coordinate franchise support initiatives, marketing programs, and special events (e.g., grand openings, open houses) ● Assist with organizing and improving internal franchise support processes ● Provide on-site support visits to franchised locations as needed ● Learn the fundamentals of education franchise management with opportunities for growth Required Qualifications ● Fluency in spoken and written English and Korean ● Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills ● Strong organizational and time-management skills ● Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions in a fast-paced office environment ● U.S. citizen or permanent resident (visa sponsorship is not available) Preferred Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field ● 2 to 3 years experience in franchising, customer service, operations, or coordination roles ● Experience in K - 12 education and/or franchised business environments ● Open to recent graduates with relevant internships, customer-facing, or coordination experience Why Join JEI? ● A global leader in supplemental education since 1977 ● Established worldwide network of over 400 learning centers ● 60+ centers across the U.S. and Canada with ongoing expansion initiatives ● Opportunity to build professional skills in the fields of franchising, education, and business support systems ● Supportive team environment with long-term career development potential Company DescriptionJEI is one of the world's leading supplemental education service providers offering a variety of highly individualized, step-by-step enrichment programs for students ages 4-14.
