Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Paramus, NJ We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and group-home ABA services to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This role focuses on reducing maladaptive behaviors while fostering self-help, communication, and adaptive skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) * Update BIPs every six months or as needed * Supervise and train Behavior Technicians in implementing BIPs * Provide family and staff training in ABA strategies * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to ensure quality care * Complete all required documentation, including FBAs, BIPs, and progress notes, in a timely manner * Participate in agency-provided training and continuing education opportunities * Travel to assigned group homes or client residences as scheduled Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (preferred) * Current BCBA certification (required) * Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or intellectual/developmental disabilities * Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs * Flexible schedule availability, with preference for late afternoon/evening hours (3 pm–9 pm) * Willingness to travel locally to service locations * CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed) * Certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or willingness to obtain (training provided) Benefits: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement plan * Paid time off and sick leave * Flexible spending account * Professional development and training opportunities Location: Paramus, NJ and surrounding areas If you are a dedicated BCBA who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply today.
