Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred., • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in health & safety, EHS compliance, or transportation safety., • Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics environments strongly preferred., • Strong knowledge of OSHA, FMCSA, and DOT regulations., • Proven experience developing and maintaining EHS programs., • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem‑solving skills., • Experience in Transportation Supervision., • Complete understanding of DOT Rules and Regulations., • Previous experience in operations or other related fields., • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal., • Strong project management skills., • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills., • Strong leadership qualities.
