Inspect and repair damaged equipment, including trucks, containers, and machinery. Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Maintain and care for welding equipment and tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Carries out additional responsibilities as determined by management. Qualifications: Proven experience as a welder or metal fabricator. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to work in various environments. Welding certifications preferred but not required.
