What You’ll Be Responsible For • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies, • Collaborate with the Northeast Sales Director to set ambitious goals and craft tailored plans targeting key retail accounts., • Drive New Business Growth, • Identify and develop new accounts across retail and club store channels. Lead and energize our broker network to meet sales objectives., • Build Strong Customer Relationships, • Act as a trusted partner to corporate headquarters direct buyers in Bakery or Deli within Retail by delivering strategic solutions that fuel category growth., • Collaborate Cross-Functionally, • Work with Marketing, R&D, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service to meet customer needs and ensure smooth new product launches., • Monitor Sales and Market Trends, • Track performance against goals, analyze data, and provide insights.
