This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence. The Assistant Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts. Your Qualifications * 1+ year of customer-facing work experience . * Sales experience preferred. * Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn. * High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus. Work Environment & Physical Requirements * Perform indoor and outdoor job responsibilities ranging from sedentary desk work to physical job duties with varying physical demands and exposure to seasonal weather conditions. * Regular tasks include standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, sitting, and lifting. * Regularly required to lift or move items up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
