Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. The hours during training will be 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted on - site and in - person. Primary Responsibilities: • Initiate and assist with developments / changes to increase or change quality and productivity, • Manage inbound and outbound calls from members, other departments including marketing/sales and brokers to research, • Respond to member eligibility or group questions & verify enrollment status, • Working with various types of member correspondence, • Reconciling eligibility discrepancies, analyzing transactional data and submitting retroactive eligibility changes, • Serve as a liaison between the members and various departments within UnitedHealthcare as it relates to member inquiry requests, • Outbound call campaigns, inbound member, sales & broker assistance on a daily basis, • Attend Member Education Sessions, Health Fairs, and Diabetes Day Clinic (in person) as needed, • Assisting at our Store Front locations as needed in NYC in person Mondays, Tuesdays, • Work is completed with established procedures, • Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
