Job Description Kids Growing Early Learning Center is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher who has a passion for working with our youngest learners. The ideal candidate will: Responsibilities: • Have a genuine love for infants and early childhood development, • Care and education of children while meeting the individual needs of the children, • Help to plan and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules, • Help design and maintain an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the infants in the classroom, • Interact with the infants to support play, exploration, and learning, • Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff, • Participation in staff and training meetings, • Compliance with current state licensing regulations and company procedures and policies, • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies ages 6 weeks to 18 months, • Be attentive and responsive to each child’s individual needs, • Work collaboratively with co-teachers and staff to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, • Prior infant classroom/group setting experience, • Must be 18 years of age, • Must have a love of young children, • Must be a team player Company DescriptionKids Growing Early Learning Center, located in South Toms River, NJ, is a licensed childcare center serving up to 55 children across infants, toddlers, waddlers, preschool, and school-age programs.
