AA or higher desired. * Must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory or manager experience. * Minimum five (5) years recent and total experience in A & P repair, plus a demonstrated ability to fabricate complex items from rudimentary drawings or verbal direction. * Must have ability to read, interpret and apply technical manual (TM) instructions as well as other approved sources of technical information. * Must be able to operate within Y-Tech's policies and procedures and within the limitation of sites you will work at. * Must have a clean driving record and a current driver's license. * Must be able to keep control of your team in an "On the Road" work scenario. * Must have held a previous Security Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance for this position.
