Job DescriptionDescription: Aqua-Tots Swim School Pay & Advancement • Starting pay: $16.00/hour - $18.00/hour (Based on experienced), • Pay raises at 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and every 6 months after that The Part-Time Customer Service Specialist is a game-changer in the life of a child. Requirements: What we are looking for: • Outgoing, friendly, and professional, • Excellent communication and hospitality skills, • Comfortable using computers and scheduling software, • Great at multitasking and staying organized, • Detail-oriented and dependable, • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred, • Sales experience is a plus, • Bilingual is a bonus (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.), but not requiredWhat this position is NOT:, • This is not a receptionist position, • This is not a full-time position, • Minimum of 3 shifts per week:, • At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30–8:30 PM) AND, • 1 weekend shift – Saturday AM Shift (8:30 AM–1:30 PM), Saturday Mid Shift (1:00 PM –4:30 PM), OR Sunday (8:30 AM–1:30 PM)What You’ll Do, • Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude, • Communicate effectively with families and children, • Build strong relationships—learn names, show you care, • Answer phones, give tours, and explain swim programs, • Enroll students and manage class schedules using our system, • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, • Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front desk and lobby Schedule: • Weekend availability
