Job Description Gorlin Pools & Spas is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Manager (Regular Full-Time) to oversee warehouse operations at our Lakehurst, NJ location. This role is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, inventory control, staff coordination, and ensuring materials and equipment are prepared accurately and on time to support construction, service, and retail operations. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Description Seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Assistant with excellent communication and organizational skills. A qualified candidate will work closely with the warehouse and order fulfillment team to ship all products and activities for the Receiving, Returns, and Pick/Pack Operation. This is a physical and fast-paced position. The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties: Pick Orders Pick order tickets and process them by completing any required paperwork, locating items in the warehouse, moving them to the processing and shipping area accurately. Pack Orders Pack orders and prepare them to be shipped. They must inspect the items to ensure that they’re not damaged or missing any parts, and package them according to specifications. Maintain Inventory & Warehouse The Warehouse Assistant helps the Warehouse Manager in maintaining warehouse inventory by arranging boxes and ensures they’re stored in a way that they won’t be damaged. They’re also often responsible for maintaining general cleanliness in the warehouse. Skills: The Warehouse Assistant should be detail-oriented, a problem-solver who can think quantitatively and notice defects and errors quickly. When problems arise, they must be able to act quickly and decisively.
