We're looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse and shop operations in Kentucky. This role keeps our projects moving by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse and shop, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials and equipment. This person supports field crews, maintains a clean and safe workspace, and promotes teamwork and accountability. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and leads by example — working alongside others to get the job done right. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day warehouse and shop operations. * Receive, organize, and track materials, tools, and equipment. * Prepare and stage materials for field crews and job sites. * Coordinate deliveries and pickups with drivers, vendors, and field teams. * Keep the warehouse, shop, and yard clean, safe, and well organized. * Maintain inventory accuracy and tool/equipment logs. * Ensure materials and tools are returned and in good working order. * Communicate regularly with project managers and field supervisors. * Assist with light fabrication or material prep when needed. * Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on safety and respect. Qualifications * 3+ years of warehouse, shop, or material handling experience (construction or mechanical industry preferred). * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to safely lift 50–75 lbs and operate material-handling equipment. * Forklift experience preferred but not required (training available). * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems helpful. * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed.
