We are a litigation support firm seeking qualified candidates with a clean background to help serve subpoenas other legal documents. There is a severe shortage of licensed process servers and an increase in post-pandemic work due to courts reopening

Please note, process servers must familiarize themselves with licensing requirement laws. Our firm can help train potential candidates in rules of civil procedure, strategy, efficiency and more. Process servers must have a flexible schedule to make three attempts of service on three separate days for certain cases. This is an independent contractor 1099 position. Our process servers earn between $500-$2000 per week based on number of addresses attempted.
