Judgment Enforcement • Conduct asset searches and investigations using public records, proprietary databases, bank subpoenas, social-media research, UCC filings, and other investigative tools., • Prepare and file enforcement documents, including:, • Restraining notices, • Turnover motions, • Information subpoenas, • Property executions and income executions, • Bank and third-party subpoenas, • Orders to show cause, • Coordinate with process servers, marshals, sheriffs, and out-of-state agents to effect levies and executions., • Track and calendar deadlines, return dates, and compliance requirements for all enforcement actions., • Prepare and file foreign judgment domestication packages under:, • Full Faith & Credit / UEFJA, • Sister-state and federal judgment procedures, • Coordinate local counsel as needed for states requiring special filings., • Draft routine and advanced legal documents, including affidavits, certifications, discovery demands, proposed orders, and correspondence with courts and opposing counsel., • Assist attorneys in preparing turnover motions, subpoenas duces tecum, bank levy packages, and garnishment applications., • 2–5+ years of paralegal experience in creditors’ rights, judgment enforcement, collections, or commercial litigation., • Strong understanding of post-judgment procedures in New York and familiarity with multi-state domestication rules., • Experience drafting and filing legal documents with state and federal courts., • Excellent research skills using Westlaw/Lexis, county clerk systems, asset-search platforms, and public-record databases., • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of cases., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal case-management systems., • Experience with e-filing systems in NYSCEF, PACER, and other state courts.
