Job Description APRIL/MAY/JUNE - FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPING ROOM ATTENDANT The Ranch is a luxury wellness retreat dedicated to health, fitness, and mindful living. Duties • Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways and public areas, servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with company standards., • Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms., • Replace towels, amenities, and supplies according to property standard., • Replenish guest room supplies such as such as toiletries, water, coffee, and writing materials., • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor promptly., • Ensure guest belongings are respected and handle lost & found items according to policy., • Follow proper procedures for using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely., • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other deparments, entering guest rooms by following access procedures, ensuring the room is vacant before entering., • Maintain assigned carts, closets, and storage areas in a neat and organized manner., • Comply with property security, key control, and safety procedures, • Assist with special cleaning projects, deep cleaning, and other duties assigned., • Previous experience at least 2 years in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred., • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team., • Ability to work with minimal supervision., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to follow instructions, company policies, and safety standards., • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, and kneel for extended periods., • Push, pull, and move housekeeping carts weighing up to 40 lbs., • Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching., • Competitive pay and benefits, • Opportunities for professional growth and development, • Supportive, team-oriented workplace culture Benefits: • 401(k), • Dental insurance, • Health insurance
