Corporate Paralegal Location: Montvale, NJ (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office) Temporary with the potential to go permanent Position Summary The Corporate Paralegal provides essential legal and administrative support to the Legal Department, with a primary focus on corporate governance and entity management, along with compliance, insurance, and general legal administrative responsibilities.
