Job DescriptionMedical Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring Senor Manufacturing Technicians in Allendale, NJ Recent Science College Graduates are Welcome! Pay: $25/hour ; Overtime: $37.50/hour Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday) Location: Allendale, NJ Job Description This role oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations in a cleanroom and cGMP environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production of medical devices. The Senior Manufacturing Technician supervises production teams, follows detailed batch records and standard operating procedures, and performs hands-on activities such as collagen extraction, molding, cutting, filling, and packaging. The position also supports equipment maintenance, sanitization, and inventory control to maintain a high standard of quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities • Supervise manufacturing teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production activities., • Follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately throughout all manufacturing processes., • Extract collagen from raw materials according to defined protocols and quality standards., • Place collagen into molds and cut it into specified shapes and sizes for downstream processing., • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure reliable operation., • Sanitize cleanrooms and manufacturing areas in accordance with cGMP and internal procedures., • Set up, operate, and calibrate production equipment as required for manufacturing activities., • Fill and package medical devices following documented procedures and quality requirements., • Maintain adequate inventory of manufacturing supplies and request additional materials as needed to avoid production delays., • Handle materials safely and efficiently, including movement, staging, and storage in the production area., • Perform document control activities related to packaging, labeling, inspection, and production records., • Inspect materials and finished products to support quality standards and regulatory compliance., • Follow written and oral instructions precisely to ensure consistency and product quality., • Collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet production goals and timelines., • Communicate clearly with colleagues and leadership regarding production status, issues, and improvements. Essential Skills • Experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environments., • Hands-on experience with production and material handling in a regulated setting., • Demonstrated experience working in a cGMP environment or cleanroom., • Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and batch records accurately., • Experience with packaging, labeling, inspection, and document control processes., • Ability to perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic calibration of production equipment., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to follow written and oral instructions precisely., • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment., • Capability to safely lift or move items up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree., • Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar cGMP manufacturing environment., • Familiarity with cleanroom practices, including sanitization and contamination control., • Comfort working with detailed documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and production logs., • Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and requisitioning supplies., • Attention to detail and a focus on quality and compliance., • Ability to adapt to changing production priorities and work efficiently under time constraints.Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
