Job Summary:


We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Staff to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will assist with general administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. While knowledge of insurance processes is an advantage, it is not required, as training will be provided. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn in an office setting.


Key Responsibilities:


Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and answering phone calls.


Assist in preparing and organizing documents and reports.


Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.


Support staff and management with administrative tasks and scheduling.


Maintain accurate and organized records.


Handle basic billing or insurance-related paperwork (training provided if needed).


Ensure a clean and orderly work environment.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.


Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage.


Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).


Knowledge of insurance is a plus but not required—training will be provided.


Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
