At Revlon, a leading multinational company in the beauty sector, we’re hiring a Regulatory & Documentation Support Specialist for maternity leave cover. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional to provide global technical and documentation support across EMEA markets, with a strong focus on product registrations and document management. This role offers exposure to international regulatory processes within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, compile, and review product documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring data completeness and accuracy., • Manage regulatory documentation using SharePoint, SAP, and Excel, including uploading, organizing, and maintaining records within the registration repository., • Implement and maintain electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems., • Communicate with local, national, and international regulatory and governmental authorities to obtain certificates, notarization, consularization, and legalization as required., • Support export shipment documentation and perform online product notifications., • Provide regular progress updates to the Manager, highlighting any risks or issues related to documentation management or product notifications. Additional Responsibilities • Support departmental activities and perform additional duties as required by business needs. Education & Experience • Professional qualification or coursework in documentation, regulatory affairs, chemistry, or a related field., • No prior experience required, making this an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals. Core Competencies • Strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and attention to detail., • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint., • Self-motivated, analytical, and proactive, with strong planning and problem-solving skills., • Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment and collaborating across teams., • Advanced level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
