Gastronomic Arts Barcelona is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Afternoon/Evening Supervisor to lead our Guest Experience and Front Office teams during afternoon and evening operations. This role is essential for managing guest records, monitoring communication channels, supporting reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Supervisor, you will drive customer satisfaction, assist with sales efforts, and maintain high standards for guest experiences. As well as coordinating the proper functioning of the equipment, classes and cooking activities that take place. Knowledge of gastronomy/cooking is valued

As the class instructor you will be the face of our culinary experiences, leading guests through an interactive paella cooking class experience (training provided). Your role is to provide outstanding hospitality, educate, entertain, and ensure that each guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience. Your duties: Tend to alarm alerts from our English and Spanish-speaking customers and distinguish between a real emergency and a false alarm. This allows us to carry out the protocols and procedures established for their correct management while giving a satisfactory response in the most efficient way to our customers! People with a native or advanced level of English + Spanish, with experience of at least 6 months as a customer service teleoperator, with extensive communication skills, , high problem-solving capacity, good stress management and clear customer orientation.
