Job Purpose: Business Development role responsible for translating NEAT UCC range growth plans internally and to drive them in specific strategic segments. Aligned with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organisation on specialised opportunities. Responsibilities: • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed plan, • Take solution and service offerings to key customers including TaaS, • Support key growth plans in main regions, • Drive sales out of NEAT vendor portfolio including new vendor identification and on-boarding and other business development initiatives in order to optimise results, • Drives sales of NEAT when specific knowledge is required on an account, • Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share, • Successful negotiation and winning of key tenders and large deals, • Positive relationship and engagement with NEAT and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the "Trusted Advisor", • Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability, • Works in collaboration with FSE and vendor, • Support development of direct reports and/or development of divisional business development execs (BDE's), • Full knowledge of NEAT product/service line, • Key customer engagement, • Vendor operational, sales and marketing team engagement Knowledge Skills and Experience • Good emotional intelligence, • Influence and persuasion, • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, • Self-management, • Skilled multi-level relationship builder, • High energy and motivation, • 4+ years of experience in the IT / UCC industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level, ideally from a sales or product marketing background, • Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards., • Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling, • Strategic planning and business case development, • Experience of working within a matrix structure, • Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment, • Business planning experience with strong operational cadence Key Skills At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
