About the job As Groups Coordinator you will coordinate the reservations, room blocks and contracts for large groups. You'll report to the Assistant Commercial Director & Commercial Director. RESPONSABILIDADES: Campañas de marketing directo. Planificación y ejecución de campañas de marketing directo desde la concepción hasta el análisis final de eficacia y ROI. Identificación de segmentos clave en nuestra BBDD de clientes para campañas tácticas y creación de audiencias. Incrementar el engagement con nuestros clientes a través de nurturing y otras acciones offline. Creación y selección de contenido atractivo dirigido a las audiencias segmentadas. Gestión de campañas con e-coupón. Desarrollo del proyecto de adquisición de leads. Captación de leads a través de acuerdos de partnership o la activación de otras acciones específicas. Incrementar los miembros del programa de fidelización. Garantizar una alta calidad e integridad de los datos en todas las plataformas y bases de datos de marketing. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS • Dominio del inglés. Se valorará cualquier otro idioma. -Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Economía o un campo afín. -3 años de experiencia en Marketing Directo / CRM / Marketing Digital. -Dominio de software CRM. (Marketo, Salesforce o similar) -Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, redacción y de presentación; así como en competencias interpersonales. -Sólida mentalidad analítica y capacidad de análisis. Part-Time Marketing Manager Role at Keanu Izakaya Bar Part-time position as Marketing Coordinator at Keanu Izakaya Bar. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and self-driven to support our growth and visibility, both online and offline. Your responsibilities will include: • Controlling ad campaigns, • PR activities: hotel concierges, influencers communication, collaborations, • Assisting in the development and implementation of CRM system, • Managing email marketing campaigns, • Helping to organize and coordinate events and collaborations, from ideation to execution, • Google maps, • Loyalty programs for our clients, • Assistance in public relations and client loyalty management Work structure: • The position requires approximately 4 hours per day, Tuesday- Friday, depending on the completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities., • The schedule is flexible and the position can be partially remote, as long as objectives are met and responsibilities are fulfilled on time Terms of the Offer: We are offering a part-time position for the initial two-month trial period. After the trial period, we can discuss and potentially revise the terms starting in December.
