We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our new Turkish / Mediterranean fusion restaurant and lounge concept. Köz Campoamor offers a trendy blend of Turkish, East Mediterranean & Middle Eastern fusion, featuring a beautiful modern terrace, high-end cocktails, shisha, and a DJ, open from 1 PM to 2 AM. The successful candidate must possess strong knowledge and experience in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, including mezze-style dishes, and be confident working with charcoal and wood on a traditional mangal grill and wood-fired oven. Key Responsibilities: • Running a clean, professional kitchen, • Managing stock rotation and waste control, • Leading and developing the kitchen team, • Consistently achieving monthly GP targets for both produce and labour Requirements: • Strong leadership skills, • Solid financial awareness, • Expertise in Turkish and Mediterranean culinary traditions This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new concept and build a high-performing kitchen team from the ground up. El trabajo consiste en la elaboración de menús diarios, producciones para los elementos de la carta de restaurante y elaboración de la misma en los servicios, eventos gastronómicos , diseño de carta y escandallos. Producciones, elaboraciones, envasado y etiquetado de productos frescos. Garantizar el cierre de cocina en correctas condiciones de limpieza e higiene. Preferentemente turno de tarde 7 horas turno seguido, salario por encima de convenio. Job Description As Sous Chef, you are the right hand of the Head Chef and co-responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen. You ensure quality, organisation and smooth service, even during busy periods.
