Funciones principales Asesorar a los clientes en la selección de vinos y maridajes, ofreciendo una experiencia personalizada y de alto nivel. Gestionar la bodega del restaurante: selección, compras, control de stock y conservación. Colaborar estrechamente con cocina y sala para asegurar un servicio armonioso y coordinado. Formación continua del equipo de sala en materia de vinos y cultura vinícola. Impulsar la venta de vinos y propuestas especiales, contribuyendo a la mejora del ticket medio. Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Sommelier en restaurantes de alta gama o fine dining. Dominio fluido de español e inglés ; se valorarán otros idiomas como francés, italiano o alemán. Excelente capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente. Perfil comercial, proactivo y con pasión por el mundo del vino. Conocimiento actualizado de tendencias vinícolas, regiones productoras y técnicas de maridaje. Condiciones y beneficios Contrato fijo discontinuo de 8 meses . Turno Seguido Jornada completa ( 40 horas semanales ), con posibilidad de realizar horas extra remuneradas en temporada alta. Salario bruto mensual de 3.500 € , con bonus por objetivos .
