Evening Bartender — Sacred Slice Sacred Slice is a new New York–style pizza restaurant opening in Barcelona's Eixample Dreta neighborhood (Roger de Llúria 155), bringing NY pizza with a Barcelona soul. We're building a small, high-energy team for a Wednesday–Sunday operation and looking for a bartender to own our evening bar program. The Role • Position: Evening Bartender, • Hours: 35–40 hours/week, • Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday (evenings), • Start: Flexible, based on the right fit What You'll Do • Run evening bar service — cocktails, wine, beer, and NA drinks, • Execute our signature cocktail and mocktail program to spec, night after night, • Batch prep ahead of service to keep ticket times fast during the rush, • Own all beverage-related side work: bar setup, restocking, ice, glassware, wine, and breakdown, • Manage pours and portions to hit cost targets and protect margins, • Help train new bar staff as the team grows, • Strive for cleanliness and teamwork in everything you do What You Bring • Languages: Fluent Spanish and English required; Catalan a plus, • Solid working knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and batching techniques, • Experience running a bar independently during service, • Comfort with wine service and basic wine knowledge (by-the-glass program), • Strong organizational habits — a clean, prepped bar under pressure, • POS experience (Square a plus), • Reliability and consistency — you show up, you're on time, you execute to spec, • A team-first attitude; this is a small crew that leans on each other, • Legal right to work in Spain Nice to Have • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or bar, • Interest in growing with a new opening
