Join Our Team! At Travel Brilliant, we bring Barcelona to life through immersive food and cultural experiences! Our most popular experience is the Paella Cooking Class & Market Tour, where we guide travelers through the vibrant local markets before teaching them how to cook an authentic Spanish paella. We are looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our team as Paella Instructors & Tapas Chefs! This role involves leading cooking workshops, engaging with international guests, and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. A high level of English is essential, as our guests come from all over the world. In addition to teaching paella classes, you will also be responsible for preparing a selection of 4-6 traditional Spanish tapas for our Tapas Tours. This requires efficiency in the kitchen, as well as a warm, charismatic presence to interact with guests while preparing and presenting the dishes. We need someone who is both fast and organised in the kitchen and comfortable engaging with people in a fun, dynamic environment.
