As a Kitchen Assistant at Quirat, our Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant, you’ll support the kitchen team with preparation, mise en place, organization, and day-to-day operations. You’ll help ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized, and ready for service, while learning and developing your skills in a high-end culinary environment. Your day-to-day • Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and mise en place., • Assist with the preparation and organization of ingredients for service., • Keep workstations, refrigerators, and kitchen areas clean and organized., • Support the team during service as required, following instructions from the Chef and supervisors., • Receive, store, and organize products according to food safety standards., • Help control food usage and minimize waste., • Assist with dishware, kitchen equipment, and general kitchen organization., • Follow food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times., • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and support other departments when needed., • Be ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a team committed to culinary excellence. What We Need From You • Passion for gastronomy and an interest in developing a career in professional kitchens., • Culinary studies or professional training in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a similar field., • Good organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn., • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., • Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude., • EU passport or valid work permit to work in Spain.
