SOUS CHEF: MISSION At Mas de Torrent, we are selecting a Sous Chef with a passion for gastronomy to join our first-class kitchen team. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure the preparation and presentation of exceptional dishes that meet the hotel's quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Your main responsibilities will be: - Support the Executive Chef in the planning and execution of creative and high quality menus that meet the needs of our guests and customers. - Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, work organization, and assigning tasks to kitchen staff. - Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the recipes and standards set by the hotel, maintaining an attractive visual presentation and consistent quality. - Actively participate in the training and development of kitchen staff, ensuring that all team members follow food safety standards, hygiene and operating procedures. - Collaborate with the Executive Chef in inventory management, cost control and purchases of food and kitchen supplies. - Maintain effective communication with the kitchen team and other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation. - Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of work areas, equipment and kitchen utensils, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Cocinero/a para unirse a nuestro equipo en un entorno culinario excepcional. Valoramos la experiencia en restaurantes de alta categoría y la pasión por la gastronomía de calidad. Condiciones: • Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en cocina profesional. • Preferiblemente, experiencia laboral o prácticas en restaurantes con estrella Michelin. • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos mixtos para atender los servicios de comidas y cenas.
