Greet, welcome, and escort guests with courtesy and professionalism. Gestionar reservas, listas de espera y control de capacidad. Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating capacity. Coordinar asignación de mesas según prioridades operativas. Coordinate table assignments based on operational priorities. Mantener comunicación constante con sala, barra y dirección. Maintain constant communication with service, bar, and management. Atender llamadas, mensajes y solicitudes de clientes. Handle incoming calls, messages, and guest requests. Supervisar el orden en la entrada, lounge y zonas de bienvenida. Oversee cleanliness and order in the entrance, lounge, and greeting areas. Apoyar en el control del timing de mesas y rotación. Support table-turn timing and rotation management. Solucionar incidencias iniciales o derivarlas a la persona correspondiente. Resolve basic issues or redirect them to the appropriate team member. Mantener una imagen impecable y un trato cercano y profesional. Maintain impeccable appearance and warm, professional demeanor. 🎯 Requisitos / Requirements Experiencia previa como Hostess o en atención al cliente de alto nivel. Previous experience as a hostess or in high-end customer service. Don de gentes, comunicación excepcional y actitud positiva. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude. Organización, multitarea y gestión del ritmo. Strong organization, multitasking, and pace management. Imagen cuidada y alto estándar de profesionalidad. Professional appearance and high personal standards. Inglés fluido (otros idiomas valorables). Fluent English (other languages are a plus). Disponibilidad horaria completa de hostelería. Full availability for hospitality schedules. ⭐ Se valorará / Preferred Experiencia en restaurantes de alto volumen o fine dining. Experience in high-volume or fine dining restaurants.
