We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities • Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness., • Manage, train, and motivate staff to foster a positive and productive work environment., • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships efficiently., • Handle scheduling, payroll, and shift management to ensure adequate coverage and labor efficiency., • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations., • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally., • Track performance metrics such as sales, labor cost, and food cost, implementing strategies to achieve business goals., • Collaborate with ownership and chef team on marketing initiatives, events, and menu development.
