We're looking for a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to join our team at The Pool Marbella, the premier co-working community in the heart of Marbella. 📌 Your Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional front desk support, warmly welcoming all members and guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality, • Manage all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with prompt, courteous responses, • Oversee daily reception operations, including check-ins, visitor management, and meeting room coordination, • Maintain accurate records and manage bookings through our co-working management software, • Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and facilities, • Stock and prepare meeting rooms for events, update agendas, and inform team members of upcoming bookings, • Support event coordination and community gatherings to foster an engaging member experience, • Collaborate across departments (marketing, accounting, IT) to ensure seamless operations, • Cultivate a professional yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects our community values 📌 What We're Looking For: • Proven experience in reception, hospitality, guest relations, or customer service, • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mindset, • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking maintenance and security staff is essential, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general office software, • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, • Professional appearance and demeanor, • Flexibility to work occasional Saturday events as needed 📌 What We Offer: • Welcoming, vibrant work environment in Marbella, • Access to our inspiring network of professionals and entrepreneurs, • Competitive salary and excellent working conditions, • Daily lunch and premium coffee included, • Full-time position: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
