What we are looking for: We are looking for a highly hands-on Growth & Product Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with operational execution. This is a broad and dynamic role. We are looking for someone flexible, intellectually curious,and comfortable operating across strategy and execution. Someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and learning fast. Someone who is not afraid to step outside their comfort zone to make things happen. This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to the full marketing spectrum in a high- impact B2B technology environment. You should bring: • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or product marketing roles., • Strong experience managing company presence at industry events (sponsorships, speaking slots, booths, executive positioning)., • Proven experience organizing proprietary events (physical events, roundtables, webinars) end-to-end., • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technological solutions into compelling positioning and messaging., • Experience working closely with product and business development teams, • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot., • Strong analytical mindset, with experience tracking funnel performance and campaign effectiveness., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandatory: • Experience in blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystems., • Current location in Spain with EU working permit. Highly valued: • Experience in financial services, capital markets, or asset management industries., • Exposure to institutional sales cycles. We are looking for a true builder, strategic but deeply execution-oriented, comfortable moving between high-level positioning and tactical delivery, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership across multiple dimensions of marketing. Responsibilities • Ecosystem Mastery & Strategic Foundations, • Develop a deep understanding of our products, the broader tokenization ecosystem, and the competitive landscape., • Define and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to guide marketing focus., • Shape and evolve clear positioning and differentiation strategies., • Translate product capabilities into compelling narratives tailored to institutional audiences., • Event Strategy & Execution, • Own the full lifecycle of company participation in industry events: strategy, objectives, messaging, logistics coordination, executive preparation, and follow-up., • Maximize sponsorship activations and visibility opportunities., • Coordinate executive speaking opportunities and industry presence., • Design and execute proprietary events (roundtables, webinars, industry sessions) from concept to delivery., • Ensure events contribute meaningfully to engagement and pipeline development., • Growth & Go-to-Market Initiatives, • Design and execute targeted marketing initiatives aligned with defined ICPs., • Support product launches and feature announcements., • Identify new verticals and market opportunities., • Monitor key performance metrics and optimize initiatives accordingly., • Sales & Business Development Enablement, • Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure they have the necessary materials, presentations, and messaging frameworks., • Align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities., • Support account-based initiatives where relevant., • Ensure consistency and coherence between marketing narratives and sales conversations., • Content & Thought Leadership, • Contribute to shaping the company’s thought leadership strategy., • Coordinate and produce high-quality marketing materials., • Ensure consistency of voice and positioning across website, events, and digital channels., • Support executive visibility initiatives in key industry forums.
