📍 Está posición es para nuestro restaurante Oro Negro — Calle Marconi 9, Fuengirola Cocina mediterránea al carbón. Equipo pequeño. Todo el mundo hace de todo. Este no es un puesto de barra. Es un puesto de sala con conocimientos de coctelería — y esa diferencia importa. Si buscas quedarte detrás de la barra toda la noche, este no es tu sitio. En qué consiste el trabajo ∙ Llegas, limpias y preparas — barra, terraza, sala. El servicio empieza antes de que llegue el primer cliente ∙ Montas la terraza, colocas y repones menaje, dejas todo listo para el servicio ∙ Preparas la barra y ejecutas nuestra carta de cócteles — lista corta, bien hecha, sin improvisación ∙ Gestionas bebidas y apoya al camarero principal durante el servicio — tomas comandas de bebidas, llevas bandejas, mantienes el ritmo ∙ Arrimas el hombro en lo que haga falta — en un equipo de este tamaño no hay roles estancos Qué buscamos ∙ Conocimientos reales de coctelería — no hace falta una trayectoria larga, pero sí saber lo que se hace ∙ Alguien cómodo/a con las tareas generales de sala — limpieza, montaje, servicio, apoyo. If you’re looking to spend the night behind the bar, this isn’t the right fit. What the job involves ∙ You arrive, clean, and set up — bar, terrace, floor. Service starts before the first guest walks in ∙ You set up the terrace, arrange and replenish tableware, and get everything ready for service ∙ You prep the bar and execute our cocktail list — short, done well, no improvisation ∙ You manage drinks and support the lead waiter during service — taking drink orders, running trays, keeping pace ∙ You chip in on whatever the team needs — in a team this size, there are no fixed edges to the role What we’re looking for ∙ Real cocktail knowledge — a long CV isn’t the requirement, but you need to know what you’re doing ∙ Someone genuinely comfortable with general floor duties — cleaning, setup, service, support.
