We’re looking for a Compensation and Performance Manager to join us at our HQ in Barcelona. 🦷 You will implement, and manage the company’s global compensation, rewards, and performance frameworks. This senior individual contributor role is responsible for building the foundations of a scalable, competitive, and business‑aligned compensation strategy across all countries where the company operates.
