Job Title: Performance Creative Strategist Full-time: US business hours 9 am-5 pm (40 hours/week) English: C1 or above Role Overview Our client is a fast-growing DTC apparel brand based in the US, looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Performance Creative Strategist to own and scale the creative engine behind paid media growth. This is a high-impact role working closely with marketing leadership, creative teams, and paid media operations to drive performance across multiple product categories and advertising channels. What You’ll Do • Own the paid creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other acquisition channels, • Build and manage a high-performing ad creative system and testing framework, • Analyze ad performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CAC, MER, hook rate, hold rate, CPM, and AOV, • Lead weekly creative strategy meetings and performance reviews, • Brief video editors, graphic designers, and content creators based on performance insights, • Manage creative testing pipelines, ad fatigue planning, and scaling decisions, • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and paid media teams on daily optimization decisions, • Help drive creative strategy across multiple product categories and audience segments, • Support founder-led content production and performance-focused creative execution Requirements • 3–5+ years of experience managing paid creative strategy for a high-growth DTC or eCommerce brand, • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and paid media optimization, • Experience building creative testing systems, ad frameworks, and performance reporting structures, • Ability to work with fast-moving creative production pipelines, • Experience working with multi-category brands and audience segmentation, • Familiarity with AI-powered ad creative tools such as Arcads, Pencil, Creatify, Foreplay, or similar, • Proficiency with CapCut and performance analytics platforms like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion, or similar, • Comfortable directing creator content and founder-led performance creative, • Strong communication, organization, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have • Experience in beauty, haircare, fashion, accessories, or lifestyle consumer brands, • Experience managing high-volume creative testing environments, • Deep understanding of DTC customer psychology and conversion-focused storytelling
