Description
We are currently looking for motivated people to join our friendly, fast-growing team based in Pilar de La Horadada.
We are an office-based team, helping UK resident clients, who are currently experiencing financial difficulties. We deal with people who are subject to an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA).
We are looking for new team members to join our payments team. The Arrears Officer role will specifically be working with clients who have fallen into arrears and require further support to maintain their arrangement. The role requires someone who can adapt their approach, being able to think on their own initiative and problem solve. Negotiating appropriate payment solutions, whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.
There are 2 shifts patterns, 2 early and 2 late shifts of:
- 9:00 am to 17.00pm
- 12.00pm to 20.00pm
- Fridays are 10:00 to 18:00
Full-time contract of 40 hours per week – This is an office-based role in Pilar De La Horadada (not remote)
The skills required for the role include:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Problem solving initiative
- A strong character, being able to adapt and build rapport with ease
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Office based experience essential
A knowledge of UK financial firms and experience within financial administration is preferred but full training will be provided.
