Inpulse is a fast-growing SaaS company founded in 2018, transforming how restaurant and bakery chains manage inventory, purchasing, and profitability through AI-powered forecasting and supply chain optimization. Today, more than 4,000 locations rely on Inpulse to reduce waste, improve margins, and automate back-office operations. Inpulse has established itself as the market leader in France and successfully expanded into the UK, where a dedicated local team is driving growth. Since 2025, Inpulse has been part of MAPAL Group, a leading European provider of back-office software solutions for the hospitality industry. MAPAL offers a complete suite of products covering inventory management, workforce management, learning & development, compliance, and operational performance. Following our success in France and the UK, we are now launching Inpulse in Spain. Backed by MAPAL's strong presence and customer base in the Spanish market, this represents a major growth opportunity and a strategic priority for the Group. As one of the first commercial hires dedicated to Spain, you will play a key role in establishing Inpulse's presence, winning strategic customers, and building the foundations for long-term success in the market. Team: The Sales team is currently made up of 10 people based across Paris and London. This role will be based in Madrid (full remote possible), within MAPAL’s headquarters, while working closely with the Inpulse teams on a daily basis. It offers the opportunity to operate in an international environment, collaborate with multiple teams across the Group, and play a key role in supporting Inpulse’s continued growth. Missions: You will manage the full sales cycle (2 to 3 months - average basket size : 30K€ of ARR), from initial prospecting to contract signing. Sales : • Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy, using personalized and relevant outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate and qualify leads., • Develop tailored sales strategies based on each client’s needs, using action plans, structured pitches, and customized presentation materials., • Depending on the scenario, employ either a Bottom-Up (starting with franchisees and moving to headquarters) or Top-Down approach., • Once a deal is signed with the headquarters, oversee the deployment across the network, ensuring seamless coordination with Customer Success, partner integration, and clients. Client Relations and Ecosystem: • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers (3 to 5 stakeholders per deal: CFOs, COOs, CEOs, Presidents, Purchasing Directors, Franchisees)., • Build lasting relationships and represent Inpulse at partner events and trade shows to foster connections., • Collaborate with our Partnership Manager to strengthen ties with ecosystem partners, like POS systems and accounting software providers, to exchange leads and foster partnerships. Market exploration and adaptation: • Identify strategic opportunities and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly., • Work closely with the Product team to propose and implement necessary product evolutions to meet the specific needs of the UK market. Profil • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, • Proven track record in complex sales environments involving multiple stakeholders, deal sizes above €20K ARR, and annual quotas of at least €300K., • Strong prospecting and hunting mindset, with the ability to generate opportunities through outbound activities and build a pipeline from scratch., • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment and contribute to market expansion., • Fluent Spanish (native or bilingual level)., • Professional English level (minimum B1/B2) to collaborate effectively with international teams across the MAPAL Group., • Based in Spain, ideally in Madrid or Barcelona
